We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber Consumer Testing Assistant, Textile Lab for our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is an excellent opportunity with experience to take the next step in career in testing. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the followings:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review worksheet from Technical Service Team and perform the test as per customer requirement and SOP.
  • Operate assigned laboratory test equipment in Flammability & Fiber Analysis area.
  • Cover the full responsibility for Flammability of nightwear, children wear, general test method and fiber labeling.
  • Perform Fiber analysis test as per procedure and regulation.
  • Make report raw data depends on test application from and submission.
  • Upload the test results in system as per test and test raw data.
  • Maintain rules of laboratory management system ISO 17025.
  • Make a good cooperation in laboratory and assuring good work environment.
  • Maintain the laboratory stock for fiber related chemical & flammability consumable.
  • Follow all safety rules and protect self as required and instructed.
  • Check the accuracy label/working status of authorized machine and notice to the concern in-charge in case of any results dribbling.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Supervisor or Physical Laboratory Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or Textile Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience will be given preference.
  • Good learning and application attitude.
  • Should have experience in operating assigned laboratory test equipment in Flammability & Fiber Analysis area.
  • Hard working & positive mentality.
