We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber Senior Executive, Credit Recovery (Collector I) for our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is an excellent opportunity with experience to take the next step in career in testing. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the followings:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer credit and collection programs following UL’s established procedures.
  • Resolves moderately complex-to-complex issues associated with program administration.
  • Reviews the status of delinquent accounts and initiates collection action contacting each account according to due date.
  • Assists in recommending, implementing and communicating credit and collections policies, procedures or programs.
  • Prepares, maintains and distributes records, forms statistics and reports. Assists in developing or revising reports.
  • Communicates with customers, employees, and other constituents to assist in Global Finance matters in the area served.
  • Develops and maintains files related to assigned duties.
  • May provide direction to lower level collectors, including orienting, training and reviewing their work as needed.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Masters/MBA in Finance or Accounting background from any reputed university.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven record in Credit Collections & Recovery.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle credit and collections accounts successfully with little supervision.
  • Detailed knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures and processes.
  • Excellent oral & writing communication skill in English.
  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable – Able to maintain high ethical standards.
  • Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
