We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber Consumer Senior Inspector for our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is an excellent opportunity with experience to take the next step in career in testing. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the followings:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products for defects and overall workmanship during in process, and/or final stages, checking quality against reference sample or other client-approved standard/criteria.
  • Visual inspection and measurement of finished products against client standard/criteria.
  • Follows all required procedures established by company and client. Represents Company in professional and ethical manner. Working with inspection coordinator, produce draft or final inspection report.
  • Must be knowledgeable in use of computer and have skill level required currently in use by department.
  • Adherence to all relevant UL environmental, health, and safety procedures and regulations, as well as any requirements from the client that may be applicable.
  • Trains, mentors, and provides new inspectors with current knowledge and standards.
  • Provides progress reports, inspections statuses, and other critical information to management.
  • Ensures inspections are performed with consistency. Supports management in the improvement of programs that promote calibration and execution.
  • Have also good knowledge on factory technical and management system audits.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation from any reputed university
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the country (up to 75% annually).
  • Excellent oral communication skills; capable of addressing high executive audiences and conduct opening and closing conferences in front of multiple people.
  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable – Able to maintain high ethical standards.
  • Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations
  • Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group
