Ujala Paint Industry,  is looking for Hard Working, Self Motivated and Committed Individual for the position of Sales Executive/Sr. Executive, Corporate Sales ,requiring the following Qualifications, Experiences, Skills and Attributes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales Lead in Marine/ Industrial Paint/Corporate Sales and achieve sales target of the company
• Create new account for Marine /Industrial Paint/Corporate Sales and manage existing account effectively and efficiently
• Will be responsible to visit clients extensively for new contracts and to build and maintain good relationship.
• Will also be responsible for preparing price quotations and offer, ensure product timely delivery, collecting payment and report to supervisor and department properly.
• Will be responsible to have in depth knowledge of the paint products, process and application.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the sales that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Handle Key Corporate Accounts and build strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Striving to maximize profit margin.
• Monitor payment outstanding collections from the clients against approved credit limits to collect payments within due dates.
• Any others assign job by Management

Experience:

• Should have a minimum 3-5 years experience in Marine / Industrial Paint/ Corporate Sales.

Qualification:

• Bachelors/ MBA/Masters /Engineering Degree from any reputed university.

Skills & Attributes:

• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have strong leadership and Managerial capabilities and attributes.
• Must be well conversant in English with MS-office.

Job Location: Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna

Salary: Negotiable
