Job Description/Responsibility:

• Responsible for the periodical business plan for the regions to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.
• Lead & monitor distribution channel of regions to establish new height of distribution standard.
• Identify distribution gap of assigned region and build sustainable trade relationship and establish control over them.
• Recommends products lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs, tracking competitors.
• Regular market visit to ensure teams are visiting market regularly as per the PJP and building relationship with retailers.

• Prepare & submit monthly/quarterly business performance review and market analysis for decision making.
• Ensure proper & effective execution of trade activities with the visibility of the products & features.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Job Nature: Full time

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate or Masters from any reputed university. MBA will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Sales

Additional Job Requirements:

• Experience and background in Smart Phone industry will be preferred.
• Excellent in communication both in English & Bangla
• Acceptance of extreme job pressure.

Job Location: Dhaka & Chittagong
