The company is currently looking for competent candidates for trims, packaging (auto & manual carton) and plastic button units in following position:

 Job Title: Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing

Job Description & Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Achieving the sales target.
  • Corresponding with customers following the company policy.
  • Building positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Identifying and contacting potential customers for new business opportunities.
  • Overseeing sales, promotions, collections and other activities to achieve sales target.
  • Monitoring sample development and production with personal responsibility.
  • Working closely with the factories to ensure that pre-production and production are managed to meet delivery schedule.
  • Maintaining proper documentation as necessary.
  • Analyzing the competitor’s market data and submitting report accordingly.
  • Proactive & committed to accomplish the target set by the department.

Job Nature : Full Time

Educational Requirements: MBA’s from NSU, BUP, NU; preferably in marketing.

Experience Requirements

  • Having experiences with MNC
  • Freshers are also encouraged

Additional Job Requirements

  • Should have knowledge about accessories, packaging (auto & manual carton), and plastic button market.
  • Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic, hard working, ready to travel and able to work under pressure.
  • Should have sound knowledge in computer & software.
  • Should possess strong interpersonal and communication skill both in English and Bengali.
