Position: Manager / Sr. Manager (Marketing)

Job Description / Responsibility:

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Marketing, Market Research, Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Public Relation, etc.
• Corporate & marketing communications
• Marketing campaign & product planning
• Carry out management objectives
• Direct & execute marketing programs (email, social media, campaigns, clients seminar, online webinars, public events, mega camp, customer meet, etc.)
• Alternate sales channel development
• Monitor threats and opportunities and amend actions where necessary, to ensure brand/Sales development
• To research & analyze all marketing activities of our business (sales – product mix – customer profile –demographic etc.)
• campaign and propose effective ideas on :
• Product positioning
• Chain Positioning
• Merchandise Point of Purchasing (POP)/Point of Sale (POS)
• Local Store Marketing (LSM) Programs
• Marketing plans should include: Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Product Development, Pricing & Distribution
• Keep effective control of budgets
• Supervise and monitor of all advertising campaigns
• Strong leadership
• Managing junior level marketing personnel
• Good communication skills, team building efficiency, managerial and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, sales focused, creative
• Strong Analytical skills
• Frequent tour / Field visit all over the Bangladesh are required for this position
• Any other marketing related job assigned by the top management

Requirements:

• Age: Maximum 45 years
• Minimum 12 years and at least 4 years experience in the similar position is must
• Minimum Post Graduate from Commerce background. MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed institute will get preference
• High standard of speaking and writing ability both in English and Bengali
• Proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications and graphics design etc.
• Males are more suitable for the position
