Job Description / Responsibility

  • Excellent Professional drafting ability in both Bangla and English;
  • Excellent Business Communication Skill is must
  • Excellent Typing speed in both Bangla & English
  • Excellent Computer knowledge is essential.
  • Well developed keyboard and computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email applications.
  • Setup and coordinate all the meeting
  • Attend all the meeting and taking minutes of meeting.
  • 1. Ability to:

    (a) Draft reports;
    (b) Undertake correspondence; and
    (c) Draft proposals
    (d) Correspondence both online and offline

  • 2. Office Management:

    (i) Preparing Activity Plan;
    (ii) Organizing office;
    (iii) Appointments;
    (iv) Documentation and File management;
    (v) Organizing meetings and teleconferences, where necessary, preparation of meeting minutes, action lists and providing administration support;
    (vi) Assist as required with the administration of the Central Secretariat;
    (vii) Liaison with other components of the program and departments of the organization
    (viii) Following up on decisions;
    (ix) Provide professional and confidential administrative and research support to the Chief executive.
    (x) Coordinate / manage business travel, conference / meeting bookings and accommodation for the Chief Executive;
    (xi) Compile itineraries for traveling  including preparation of agendas / briefing notes / documentation and background research required for meetings and appointments;
    (xii) Perform other duties consistent with the level of this position and as advised.
    (xiii) Organizing Workshops;
    (xiv) Undertaking internet research,

Educational Requirements:
Hon’s/Masters in English or BBA/MBA with no third class preferably from a Reputed/Public University.

  • Age 23 to 35 year(s)
  • Male/Females are allowed to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Browsing Internet).
  • Strong oral and written Business communication skill both in Bangla & English
  • Desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
  • Profound analysis skill.
  • Honest and sincere about assigned tasks
  • Willing to work long hours as required
