Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle recruitment and selection activities, confirmation, job changes and annual increment.
- Payroll and compensation management.
- Job Design & Development.
- Training & Development.
- Performance Management.
- Employee relation & Discipline
- Maintain automated system of daily attendance, leave management, travel expense management etc.
- Maintain and update personnel files and other HR documents.
- Conduct orientation program for the new joiners.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed
- Maintain Employees personal Files and Personal Data.
- Arranging and Organizing Various Corporate Events.
- Prepare all kinds of HR related Reports
- Monthly Payroll Management and Overtime Calculation
- Review/revise/develop different policy procedures for the company
- Manage all the administrative issues including legal events, safety and security of the Company
Additional Job Requirements
- The applicants must have 01 (One) year experience in the :HR, Administration & Compliance section
- Age Above 25 year(s)
- Energetic, confident and proactive.
- Regularity and timely attendance is mandatory for this position.
- Strong Communication skill both in English and Bengali.
- Strong skill in using Ms Office Applications and Internet.
- Excellent typing ability both Bengali and English.
- Must be excellent in speaking and writing Bangla and English
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Master of Business Administration (HRM) )/ Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resources Management/ Compliance Management
