Position: Assistant Manager, HR & Compliance

Job Description:

  • To formulate and implement of company policy/factory policy.
  • To manage payroll, HR Software, compensation & benefits of the company.
  • Analyzing different processes and preparing relevant SOPs.
  • Initiating, drafting and revising/implementation of HR & Compliance policies.
  • Prepare the factory to comply with the COCs of the different buyers with a view to facing audits including CAP feedback of different compliance audits, i.e., social technical, ethical, safety (building, electrical & fire), environmental, CTPAT, Accord and Alliance etc. 
  • Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR & Compliance documents in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection process and arrangement of orientation program.
  • Prepare different drafts, reports and letters as directed by the management.
  • Coordinate Meeting, Workshop, Training and any other events.
  • Coordination between factory and head office.
  • To plan & organize company/factory CSR activity.

Educational Qualification:

  • Preferably MBA/Masters from reputed Public/Private universities.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in HR & Compliance department in garments factory or audit related organization who is able to maintain BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, HIGG Social & Environmental module audit documents & data up dating.
  • In depth knowledge on Bangladesh labor law & rules.
  • Computer Knowledge: MS Office, HRIS
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.  

Job Location & Vacancy : Tongi/Konabari, Gazipur and 3 persons.

Salary Range: Negotiable
