Job Description / Responsibility

• Must be able to work under target & tight schedule.
• Responsible for the sales & marketing to the right market/customer,
• Demonstrate knowledge & skills for the company’s sales & marketing department to ensure consistent growth
• Should be constant contact with his/her clients and follow up time to time when needed,
• Able to approach new clients independently and make presentation
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be fluent in Bangla. Spoken English would be a positive attribute
• Must be able to meet clients’ at any given time

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• BBA in marketing from any reputed university will get preference.

Experience Requirements

• 3 months -2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
  Corporate marketing, communication and presentation skills for client presentation
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area:
  Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG), Multinational Companies (MNC)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age not exceeding 30 years
• Must have the attitude to work independently
• The incumbent should be dynamic in presentation & communication
• Self-motivated and responsible, must be able to set the career goal based on performance
• Should have strong coordinating skills between multi variable task within the define time frame
• Should have good skill on report writing and presentation.
• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication ability in Bangla and English both in speaking and writing
• Strong Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office package
• Should have positive and flexible attitude
• Must be able to meet deadlines
