A Japanese group of companies Tsubasa Enterprise Co., Ltd. is looking for few sales and marketing executive for their Bangladesh branch office. Tsubasa is introducing a new Bathroom Fittings brand ASAHI EITO, a 300 years old Japanese Brand, in Bangladesh market.
Position title:
Sr. Executive/Executive, Sales &Marketing

Reports To:
Manager, Sales &Marketing

Job Overview:
Being a part of the Bangladesh branch office, this position will have international exposure. Will get the opportunity to involve in building new market and establishing an elegant brand in Bangladesh market, one of most dynamic market of the world.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage direct and indirect sale force to development market
  • Monitor the marketing activity and ensure logistical support to establish brand
  • Create new opportunity to expand market

Qualifications:
An ideal candidate should have/be:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing or business development
  • Passionate about business development with good negotiation skill
  • Business graduate preferable but not mandatory
  • Should have interpersonal skill to manage the team
