Job Description / Responsibility

• To attend to machine maintenance activities within the plant for zero production idle time for maximum production and optimum utilization.
• To continuously come up with ideas to control the costs and remain within budgets prescribed.
• To engage into routine inspection and maintain minimum machine downtime, optimal machine power etc.
• To check and follow up on maintenance schedule and routine inspection.
• Ensure all safety standards to maintain zero accidents within the premises.
• Carry out all the building maintenance, facility maintenance and landscaping function

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• M.Sc. / B.Sc. Engineer - Mechanical or M.Sc. / B.Sc. Engineer - Electrical

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience is preferable in relevant field. Fresher with outstanding communication skills are also welcomed.

Additional Job Requirements

• The candidate should have leadership, supervision and staff management skills.
• Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
• Computer Literacy is a must.
• Below 30 years of age.
• Male
