Tritech Building Services Ltd. has successfully Air Conditioned many of the Country’s Commercial / Industrial / Residential Buildings including Premier Hospitals, Hotels, Government Buildings, Pharmaceuticals etc.
Post: Team Leader, Project Implementation Department (PID) (Male)

Number of Vacancies : 1 (One)

Education: B.Sc Engineer (Mechanical), from any reputed University.

Experience:

  • Should have 5 (Five) years experience of HVAC project management.
  • Should be able to plan and manage multiple projects at a time, coordinate resources, the supply chain, installation and delivery in order to attain goals.
  • Should be able to manage multiple teams consisting installation crews and sub-contractors.
  •  Should be able to do the planning, scheduling, documentation and budgeting for HVAC Projects.
  • Should be able to make timely and informed decisions that take into account facts, goals, constraints and risks to complete the project within its scheduled time and specified quality.
  • Quickly resolve difficult and complicated challenges with respect to both projects and operations to ensure project completion.

Salary Range: Negotiable.
