Job Description:
These positions are available for male/female candidates and having following qualifications:
  • Design, Plan, Budgeting, Generating, Selling & Marketing Tour Packages and related promotional activities for Inland and Overseas destinations.
  • Serves clients of selling inbound and outbound tours and various types of holiday packages.
  • Experienced in managing others, strong organizational, problem solving skills and good liaison with airlines/tour operators, hotels and other vendors.
  • Supervisory capacity for managing independently.
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously under huge work pressure and to work well with all levels of associates within the organization.
  • Ability to improve existing systems/procedures, which periodically result in new ideas or approaches of considerable significance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Ability to create inbound and outbound package directly with the vendors and stakeholders.
  • Fair knowledge on tour operation, tour planning, car rental, cruise and hotel reservations.
  • Travel & Tour Operations diploma/training and international experience would be an added advantage.
  • Must have on hand clients and ability to create new clients that periodically result is generating revenue.
  • Must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  • He/She must consult with all clients and deal with all visa applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
  • He/She must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
  • He/She must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
  • He/She must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
  • He/She must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
  • He/She must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
  • Strong relation and keep liaison with VFS and foreign mission, MOFA and Govt agencies respectively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduate Degree but could be relaxed for most potential business generator.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge on Global Distribution Systems. i.e. SABRE, GALILEO & AMADEUS etc.  will be added advantage.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
