  • Responsible for appointing, managing the Distributors, SOs under a given area
  • Prepare the SO beat / route plan
  • Set SO target and ensure minimum SO productivity
  • Train & develop the SOs
  • Achieve sales & distribution target in the assigned area
  • Ensure the distributor stock days as per company policy
  • Visit all distributors regularly
  • Ensure the best trade relationship & brand visibility in the market
  • Manage the area database and report to HO
  • Ensure the all claims are well prepared, checked and submitted on time

ASE

Start work from Distributor office from 8.30am

Check the Sales & Stock report, sign the report as acknowledgement
Check
Develop & check SO beat plan

Visit market with SO, develop SO's performance, build trade relationship, check if trade offer is given

Collect & Share market update, sales update with ZE

Back to Distributor office & give feedback to all SO on today's findings, tgt vs ach, next day tgt

Report to ZE on final number, check distributor claims, or any other issues

Education Qualification: Business Graduate

Age Limit: 30 years

Experience: 5 years

Zonal Sales Executive (ZSE)

  • Check SO target setting and ensure minimum SO productivity
  • Train & develop the ASE, SOs
  • Achieve sales & distribution target in the assigned area
  • Ensure the distributor stock days as per company policy
  • Visit all distributors regularly
  • Ensure the best trade relationship & brand visibility in the market
  • Manage the area database and report to HO
  • Ensure the all claims are well prepared, checked and submitted on time

Distributor stock, solve any issues pending

Ensure the right SO/ASE is on the job, develop, change, recruit SO/ASE

Appoint, change distributors

Ach weekly sales Tgt, by ASE performance evaluation, market visit, checking if the trade promo is activated

Claim management, Display retail management, proposal for new display retails

Visit his zone all distributor in 2 months time, share the visit reports

Education Qualification: Business Graduate

Age Limit: 32 years
