Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for brand building, brand performance analysis, organizing promotional activities
- Prepare brand marketing plan, media plan and quarterly promotional strategy
- Brand sales analysis and follow up for strategy implementation
- Formulate trade/marketing strategy with innovative ideas and work closely with sales team to implement
- Understand market/consumer insights and ensure brand pack profitability
- Product feasibility study and plan product launching & development
- Co-ordinate with agencies, make briefing for advertising issues, production of promotional materials and publication
Education and Other Qualifications:
- Graduate/ BBA/ MBA from reputed University (major in Marketing will be preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in brand planning/development, Advertising & Promotion, Market Research and Digital Marketing.
- Preference will be given for experience in Food (Packaged)/Beverage business, Manufacturing (FMCG) and MNCs.
- Should have high level of Interpersonal Communication and Presentation skills, must be Innovative and Tech Savvy.
- Age must be within 40
