• Implement plans for exciting new features for Software.
• Perform R&D for when necessary to identify the best solution to problems.
• Perform R&D for Unit/Assignment wise Costing & Pricing.
• Leads & Assist in team testing to ensure top code quality.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 3-5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements:

• Strong background in PHP.
• 3+ years experience as a software engineer;
• Demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, implementation and deployment tasks
• 3+ years experience developing data-driven applications utilizing significant relational database engines as part of the overall application architecture (experience with any or all of the following highly desirable: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
• 3+ years experience building web-based software systems, utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly-scalable approaches, and complex security models/implementations
• Proficiency developing and troubleshooting complex software systems that run in mixed-environments including Linux, Unix and/or Windows
• Previous experience configuring and using any or all of the following highly desirable: JDBC, Hibernate, Struts, AJAX, SOAP, Log4j, Ant, Subversion, Tomcat
• Experience with Agile software development is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of SQL – MySQL specifically is a plus
• Ability to write cleans standards-compliant HTML, ASP .net and CSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated, reliable and hard working.
• Team programming experience.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Subversion.
• Knowledge of Linux or other Unix-based systems.
• Experience with Web Services based on SOAP or REST.
• Relational Database performance optimizations.
• Experience building highly available web applications.
• Broad technical knowledge.

Salary Range:  TK.35,000
