Ability to work with a professional Sales/Marketing team to achive set targets(Sale of commercial spaces)
The applicants should have potentiality to develop new client’s and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with set service policies of the organization.
To deal with clients and provide them project information.
Responsible for regular follow-up clients and maintain their records in computer database.
Responsible for direct project visit out of the office and also visit shops/commercial spaces with clients for their queries and satisfaction.
Responsible for attending site office duty and search out door prospect.
Responsible for maintaining after sales office formalities i,e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the clients.
To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader and other colleagues.
Be able to develop the skill of bargaining with the clients to reach a win-win situation and make the deal.
Develop the best manners and skill in interpersonal communications- thus influence the clients decision positively.
Identify and establish contact with potential clients.
Maintain and develop good relationship with clients.
Always update about marketing intelligence.
Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Educational Requirement: BBA/Hon’s
Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 years in (Sales and Marketing) Real Estate Business.
Additional Requirements:
Age 25 to 35 years
Applicants should have experience in the sales and marketing in Real Estate sector.
Interview process will be done on candidates previous sales performance/Experience.
Should have sound computer skill specially MS office package, excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written and spoken English.
