Job Description / Responsibility:
- The candidate will work for sales and marketing of WELLMAX Brand LED Lights.
- Achieving the sales targets set by the organization to maximize the revenue potential.
- Prepare route plan & ensure proper coverage
- Prepare daily activities report and make a future work plan
- Keep the management up to date on daily sales progress and cash/cheque received
- Dealer Management;
- Sales forecast reporting for Product availability;
- Create new area/ Market Development;
- Visit different Market/ Area
- Reporting on competitor’s activity.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Engr. Graduate / Masters / MBA major in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
- The applicants should have minimum 3 to 5 year(s) experience in the following business area(s): Building Materials/ Electrical Equipment/Home Appliances etc.
- Experience in LED A/C Lights marketing will be added as an advantage.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age maximum 35 year(s). (May be relaxed for exceptionally experienced candidates)
- Dynamic and self- motivated with high personal Integrity and Loyalty.
- Energetic and willing to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills with specialization in office applications and various presentations.
- Must be initiative, creative, innovative, quick learner and a team player.
- Effective interpersonal skills with all levels of people.
- Should have sincere and hardworking attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Only experience in the relevant field should apply only.
Job Location: Dhaka (Monthly 1 or more tour is needed outside Dhaka)
