Duties and Responsibilities:

• To promote the sales of the company. Successfully complete the sales target. Discuss with the Client (apartment buyer) and Landowner.
• Keep close contact with the Client (apartment buyer) and inform them about the projects.
• Find out suitable land for joint venture development, Negotiate with the land owners and process the Project for construction.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in Real-estate or Developer Company.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Candidate must be Smart, Good looking, hard working and career oriented.
• The person should be able to speak nicely in all situations.
• Will be given preference to the experienced and pro-active persons.
• Fresher's can also apply for future assessment.

Salary: Negotiable; Attractive facilities and honorarium will be given according to the qualifications.
