Job Description/Responsibility :

• Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of the security section.
• Overall responsibility for all the security staffs activities.
• To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and those priorities are always covered adequately.
• All physical security to all the factories of the Group security policy.
• All training needs are identified and processed promptly and are undertaken at the appropriate time.
• To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post; attendance; use of security equipment; dress standard; training etc.
• Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
• Look after the CC TV camera for factory.
• Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and Departments responsibility in an emergency.
• Capable to handle about security audit like C-TPAT, GSV, Supply chain security (SCS) etc.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements :

• Must be a retired Army/police rank officer or equivalent rank.

Experience Requirements

• 05 to 08 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven/Knit/Dyeing/Textile).

• Age 40 plus
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Retired officer of Defense Services (Jr. Patty Officer / Warrant Office) / Police will be given preference
• Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation affecting the Security role.
• Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication, Influencing, negotiating and engagement skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Have to handle total security aspects of the company (Factory).
• Maintaining close relation with local administration and ensure congenial working environment in the factory.
