Job Description/Responsibility :

• Oversee production planning activities and team of planners.
• Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications.
• Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
• Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify delays/bottlenecks and adjust respective schedules accordingly to meet deadline requirements.
• Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
• Support new product development and enhancements projects.
• Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
• Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
• Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements : Minimum graduation from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• 8 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants must have experience in the following area(s):
  Garments (Woven)

• Age 30 to 40 year(s)

• Must have good English communication skill.
• Good Computer skills on MS Office and Internet
• Good knowledge of production planning and supply planning management
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Independent, meticulous and works well under pressure/fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, confident and proactive.
