Terminal Aviation is a newly found Tour Operator / Ticketing Agency offering the best in cultural, private, custom, guided and group tours. It focuses on providing hassle free tour packages to the clients along with cheap and reliable national and international air ticketing.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Sell/ Issue tickets and maintain related ticket sales paperwork.
• Operate GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre and Amadeus) to issue domestic and international tickets.
• Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
• Able to collect payment from customers for tickets before the IATA payment dates.
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding ticket availability and provides accurate and thorough information regarding events.
• Follow internal control procedures for cash handling and credit purchases, and ensure
• Integrity of ticket distribution and accountability.
• Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules to assist other customer needs.
• Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations.
• Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation from any reputed University

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Ticketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Travel Agent

Additional Job Responsibility:

• Age 28 to 35 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/ Ticketing, Travels and Tours Business
• Training and experience on GDS (Global Distributions System) airline reservations and ticketing, i.e. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent (IATA)
