Asst. Manager, Quality

Number of position: 1

Job Responsibility:

• As per quality manual must run the quality control system.
  
• Responsible for overall quality assurance for woven garments.
  
• Ensure product quality as per buyer`s quality standard.
  
• Setting QA team and achieve qualitative result.
  
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
  
• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and investigated, if necessary.
  
• Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards/Manual.
  
• Effective communication and report writing skills.
  
• Track revised/final delivery, in-house & approval dates of respective styles to ensure timely delivery
  
• Risk points disclose to respective person & identify new risk points
  
• Introduce/use new machine/attachments
  
• Apply quality controlling process from development to shipment
  
• Ensure shipments with zero defects as per buyer’s instruction
  
• Maintain production and qc’s productivity at optimum level
  
• Daily/weekly reporting to management
  
• Reward for achievement / Punishment for failure or discrepancy
  
• Have to be understand jacket product quality standard

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate/ Master degree from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of woven garments factory

Additional Job Requirements:

• Should be willing to work under pressure with adaptability
• Should be skilled in operating MS-office & E-mailing.
• Candidate who has experience TEMA order will get preference.
• Age 30 to 40 year(s)
