We support you by
- Providing a 12-month work assignment and projects and making sure that you are exposed to as much of our business as possible;
- Assigning you a coach to help you get the most from the program;
- Providing mentorship by experienced managers;
- On successful completion of 12-month training period, Management Trainees will be confirmed in a Sr. Executive or Assistant Manager position.
What we are looking for?
- SSC and HSC must be from science background with CGPA not less than 3.00 on the scale of 5
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering major in Garments/ Apparel Manufacturing Technology/ Industrial Engineering with CGPA not less than 3.00 on the scale of 4.00 from Southeast or Prime Asia University or similar institutions.
Additional Job Requirements
- Good in MS-Office applications specially in MS Excel and MS word
- Good in Mathematics and like to play with numbers.
- Fresh Candidates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented.
- Good communication skills both in verbal & written English.
- Willing to work at factory site
