Job Responsibilities

  • Excellent Communication skills, especially with customers
  • Sense of responsibility and achieve the targets
  • Analytic skill and working ability for team development
  • Quantity and quality assure of the team regarding their daily task and call
  • Monitor, manage and review the team and work for their development of daily work
  • Monitor, manage, record and review calls of agents and train them when needed
  • Good command in Microsoft office and CRM software specially in excel
  • Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus

Employment Status: Full-time / Contractual

Educational Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline with excellent command on English
  • Diploma / certificate on Telecommunication Service will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Call Center Manager / Team Leader
  • The applicants should have experience in Customer Support through Phone
  • Experience in Call Centre Supervision and Management, Call Centre Agents Training

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 – 40 years
  • Experience in telecommunication and call center is preferable
  • Should have experience to work as a team leader or supervisor in any call center
  • Excellent communication skill and demonstrate good listening skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
  • Good reading and writing skill in both Bangla and English

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Taka 35,000 – Taka 45,000 with other benefits
