Job Responsibilities

  • Have to make outbound calls to Australia, Canada & USA customers in a timely manner
  • Follow parent company’s guidelines and directions on different products 
  • Identify customers' needs and clarify information
  • Receiving customer feedback and input those in the system for necessary measures
  • Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • HSC/ A-Level/Graduation from any background
  • Candidate with English medium education background is preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Telemarketing / Call center is desirable
  • Excellent English speaking and understanding skills

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 36 years
  • Good communication skills in English – speaking and understanding
  • Experience in International Call Center will get preference
  • Basic Computer Literacy
  • Flexible to attend the program on any scheduled time

Job Location: Dhaka, Dhaka Division

Salary: Taka 12,500 – Taka 15,000 per month and other admissible benefits
