Experience	:	4-5 years experience in Sales  and Marketing of the Electro- mechanical products In industrial sector. He must know personally the client and also have the ability to access the top decision makers.
Educational Qualifications	:	Minimum B.Sc in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University or Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical with 7-8 years in field Sales experience in industrial Sector.
Major Responsibility	:	To promote and Sales the Products at Industrial area, create new market, access ability to reach into top Management personally to fulfill the company achievement. To guide the Sales Team efficiently and effectively etc.
Additional Qualifications	:	Pro active, self motivated, honest with leadership quality. Able to work under pressure and good communications skills. Manage Team members well.
