Job Responsibilities:

• Drive office vehicles for transport of authorized personnel and deliver and collect mail, documents, other items, including packing and removal from vehicle, as directed by Supervisor
• Be responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle, check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc. Perform minor repairs and arranges for other repair and ensure that the vehicle is kept clean;
• Maintain logbook of all trips as per format;
• Ensure that the steps required by rules and regulations are taken in case of involvement in accident;
• Perform other duties including filing, photocopying, collecting of documents as required;
• Ready to serve anywhere in Bangladesh according to the needs of the Programme;
• Perform any other task assigned by the Supervisor

Educational Requirements:

• Class eight passed but Secondary School Certificate will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements:

• This is a contractual position for 16 months.
• Age Below or equal to 45 year(s)
• Skill on daily vehicle check and keeping up to date logbook and reporting
• Good knowledge on vehicle and good spoken and writing communication skills
• Valid Driving license is mandatory
• Working within international settings will be an asset

Salary Range: TK. 30000
