Tausif International is an emerging organization engaged in international trading by importing food items, toys, toiletries, and gift items and distributing the products nationally. Tausif International is currently looking for “Marketing & Sales Executive” to promote and manage the growing number of clients and also to explore more business opportunities.

Position Name: Marketing & Sales Executive

Work Location: Dhaka (Outdoor travelling throughout Bangladesh based on company requirement).

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Initiating Marketing and Sales policies.
• Creating brand awareness & bringing new contract to business.
• Preparing necessary reports on sales and inventory for the Top Management of the company.
• Distribution of Products and Stock Keeping.
• Customer Support and Credit Collection.
• Product Promotion through Telemarketing and Direct Contact.
• Market Survey.
• Design and implement the trade gift program according to the requirement of Sales.
• Arrange retail audit and submit recommendation for better product presence in the market.

Educational Requirements:

• Academic Qualification:  Minimum Graduation in the related field from a reputed university.
• Computer Literacy: Excellent aptitude in Computer (MS Excel and MS Word), web and email is must.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 year(s). Freshers Should Not apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Highly motivated with strong initiative and good judgment. Should be proactive & able to work independently to create new business. Able to contribute innovative & effective ideas, be receptive to new ideas and take calculated decisions.
• Should have good leadership quality with vision to achieve the organizational objectives.
• Positive about job stress and working challenges.
• Should have exposure and good experience in trading business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong written & spoken ability in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Should have multi-tasking ability and possess managerial acumen.
• Age below or equal to 35 years.

Salary Range: 10,000 – 15,000 (Negotiable for the deserving candidates)
