Educational Requirements: BBA / MBA in Marketing from any reputed University  

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Marketing, Relationship Management/Key Account Management, Market Research
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Modern trade products ( Imported food items)Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company,  Real Estate/ Developer

Core Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for Modern Trade items (imported various branded food) to obtain assigned sales target.
• Accelerate action plan to achieve the individual sales target in Modern Trade.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure and to achieve by tight deadlines.
• Inspire and motivate the teams to get own job properly, effectively and efficiently done.
• Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
• To be achieved targeted credit recovery and maintain accordingly.
• Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the product & procedure of Supply chain management.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the authority.
• Working location will be Dhaka Metro/ Sylhet & Chittagong.

Other Requirements:

• The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.

Salary Range: 12000-18000
