- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Perform unit testing;
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.

B.Sc / M.Sc in CSE from BUET/RUET/CUET/KUET/NSU/BRAC/AIUB/AUST/UIU will be preferable.

1 to 5 year(s) in related field.
- Having in depth knowledge on Requirements Management with Use Cases, Class Diagram, CMMI Level 2 Process area, UML;
- A solid understanding of web technology with best development practices;
- Could write production-level code and maintain standard coding convention;
- Must have knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and relational database systems;
- Must be proficient in MVC architecture;
- Must have minimum 1 year on JAVA Spring Framework experience;
- Must be familiar with Test Driven Development (TDD);
- Excellent capability of writing complex SQL queries;
- Having knowledge on various version control and change management tools (GIT, SVN);
- Having knowledge on CI/CD tools (Jenkins);
- Should have sound knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap responsive frameworks;
- Having knowledge on Requirements Management with UML (Use Cases, Class Diagram etc.);
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code;
- Strong knowledge on latest Open Source Technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Docker) is +;
- Having capability and knowledge on other technologies as well;
- Strong knowledge on latest Microsoft Technologies;
- PostGreSQL, REST Full API, Web service, Ajax;
- Experience on Angular JS, Vue JS, JHipster/LDAP, Micro Service Architecture is + ;
- Willing to learn and passionately search for new technologies and stay up to date;
- Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently with fixed deadlines;
- Dynamic, motivated, self-driven and proactive, self-starter, energetic and target oriented to achieve the goal;
