  • Handling the calls or problems of complex patients or enquiries or calls that need psychiatrist’s intervention;
  • Developing objectives and managing the daily running of the call center and implementing the strategies and operations; ;
  • Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (People, Technology etc.);
  • Play major role in building network with mental health professionals and organizations of the country;
  • Carrying out needs assessments, performance reviews and cost/benefit analysis;
  • Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses;
  • Coordinating staff recruitment, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards;
  • Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand;
  • Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality;
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.
  • Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks;
  • Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the call center and preparing reports for different departments or upper management;

  • Must have MD in Psychiatry;

  • 3 to 5 year(s);
  • Hands on experiences to treat and handle the mental patients;
  • Experience in call center service will be preferred;
  • Must have the computer literacy as like MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
  • Writing ability in both Bangla and English format;
  •   Negotiable
