  • Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
  • Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
  • Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
  • Validates results by testing programs.
  • Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.
  • Provides reference by writing documentation.
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing Microsoft based systems.
  • Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
  • Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
  • Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
  • Assist network administrator with application installation and testing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
  • Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
  • Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
  • Provide SQL administration in live and test environments.
  • Write and produce technical procedures and documentation for new and existing applications.
  • Verify database and data integrity.
  • Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects.
  • Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
  • Monitor and control all aspects of the project: cost, schedule, and performance within strict deadlines and budget. Direct and manage project from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders and develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Lead software development team and disseminate knowledge and activities among software development team members through industry standard process.

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in CSE

  • Minimum 5 years.


  • Having strong capability and expert knowledge on Microsoft .Net Framework 3 and above, C#. Net, ASP.Net WebForms and MVC, MS SQL Server 2005 and above, Oracle Database Server and Windows Server as well as hardware and ICT infrastructure.
  • Having strong knowledge on Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and query optimization.
  • Having in depth knowledge on Requirements Management with Use Cases, Class Diagram, CMMI Level 2 Process area, UML.
  • Must have knowledge on various version control and change management tools.
  • Must have knowledge on different software development life cycle as well as strong in agile development.
  • Strong knowledge on latest Microsoft Technologies.
  • Must have experience in managing large scale projects in various sectors as project manager/team lead.
  • Strong communication skill (written & spoken) in both English & Bengali.
  • Good presentation skill in both English and Bengali.
  • Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently with fixed deadlines.
  • Dynamic, motivated, self-driven and proactive, self-starter, energetic and target oriented to achieve the goal.
