Job Context: We are looking for a Travel Consultant with great knowledge and experience on travel products for the role of ticketing, Holiday packaging, & visa services. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals/ businesses/corporate groups). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated client and increasing the sales ratio of the company.

Vacant Position: 04 (Four)

Job Responsibilities

  • Capable to handle full operation of the company.
  • Plan & Execute international & Local Tour packages for Corporate
  • Solid knowledgeable on VISA rules and regulations of different countries.
  • Sound Understating on Air ticket fare rules, Re-validations, Re-issue and/or Refunds etc.
  • Building Relationship with Airlines and Hotels ( local & international).
  • Attend meetings & brief sessions at corporate client's
  • Discussing client's requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations and flights.
  • Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
  • Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
  • Create and update electronic records of clients.
  • Branding & Promotion.
  • To collect sufficient data for market analysis.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue through making improvements to the running guests' service method.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and needed.
  • Coordination with Embassies, Airlines & Other Service Providers.
  • Interpreting IATA and ATAB regulations.
  • Book hotels, excursions, transfers using booking engines
  • Monitoring ticket status
  • Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors
  • Plan, execute, supervise, monitor business plans.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline /  A’Level
  • Diploma or Certificate in Travel & Tourism Management will get preference

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years or more experience in Travel Trade.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Guest Relation, Visa Processing, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent, manpower export

Additional Requirements

  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Must Achieve Monthly Sales Target
  • Must have good knowledge and operation skill in Reservations & Ticketing using Amadeus, Galileo & Abacus systems.
  • Excellent Communication & leadership skills
  • Good supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work under harsh conditions
  • Age at least 25 years& more
  • Be able to speak & write good English
  • Internet marketing knowledge is an added advantage
  • Should be able to work independently & also should have the potential to generate new Clients.
  • Technical/ Professional Requirements: Travel Agency & Tour Operation Course.

Salary:

  • Salary depends on experience & skills. Extra sales bonus /commission will be given to excellent performers.
