Position: Program Coordinator - Micro Credit

Educational Requirement:

  • Graduation / Masters in Finance / Accounting with HSC in Science group will be preferred

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain liaison with stakeholders, primarily field level activities of other MFIs & NGOs in Bangladesh.
  • Actively participate in implementing microfinance product through staffs of different branches of partner institutions.
  • Operation is Dhaka based. However, incumbent has to visit different branches of partner MFIs or NGOs located at different parts of the country to monitor & oversee implementation of the product.
  • Perform any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time-to-time


  • Must have good conceptual & practical understanding in Accounting & Finance activities
  • 2~5years proven experience is expected
  • Age limit between 23 to 30 year(s)
  • Sound knowledge in computer applications like MS Excel / Word
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude are MUST
  • Educational qualification will be relaxed for the candidates having strong professional skill


  • Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in Micro-Credit program of any NGO.
