Educational Qualification: Masters/Bachelor in social science and other relevant discipline (In relevant field with minimum 5 years’ experiences).
Key responsibilities:
- Developing training modules and schedules;
- Developing advocacy tools, including open discussions, open forums etc;
- Conducting/Facilitating trainings/meetings to Community Groups, federations and different stakeholders;
- Organizing/Maintaining Policy Advocacy Forums;
- Producing event reports, quarterly progress reports and annual reports;
- Conducting project monitoring by using standard monitoring tools based on the log frame;
- Maintaining liaison with experts and different stakeholders of LGIs;
- Documenting information and reports collected from the fields;
- Supervising and facilitating field level staffs and volunteers;
- Assisting in budget preparation and in expense management for programs;
- Acting as the project-in-charge in absence of Project coordinator.
