Sancred Welfare Foundation (SWF) invites applications from the experienced professionals with proven track records for the following positions for its FISH Project at Sulla Upazila in Sunamgonj district supported by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF).

Educational Qualification: Graduation (Bachelor degree) from any discipline.
Key responsibilities:
- At least 03 (three) years’ experience in relevant position;
- Sound in facilitation, conduction of community based meeting, training and orientation independently;
- Able to work staying in hard to reach area (Haor);
- Good understanding and experience working in climate change adaptation (CCA), Disaster Risk Management (DRM), Resilience WASH, Community resilience building areas, improved livelihood;
- Data collection, case story documentation;
- Local level networking, influencing with development stakeholders among from GO, NGO and Private Sector including local government and different standing committees;
- Facilitate and support community based organizations (CBO) to develop and execute their annual plan, coordination with service providing agencies;
- Experience on leading and handling community volunteer.
