M&E Officer will be responsible for manage all MIS needs for NGO for monitoring, evaluation, Training, research, communication and other purposes.

•  Ensure Data collection, compilation, processing and storing data in usable form;
• Conduct analysis and assist prepare project progress reports as per program needs.
•  Produce monthly/quarterly analysis of performance in terms of coverage, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Enhance monitoring and data analysis capacity of NGO staff.
•  Use NHSDP GIS, program data and other survey findings as per program needs.
•  Manage, use and adapt NHSDP databases of programmatic data to make data-based program-management decisions.
•  Introduce MIS at all service delivery points and ensure quality of data.
• Assist clinic staff in implementing NHSDP MIS; organize training for the NGO staff on MIS database  & reporting systems;
•  Review all monthly reports submitted by the clinics and provide feedback to them.
•  Produce monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/yearly programmatic report(s) on service statistics and logistic for submission to NHSDP and government as per requirement.
• Make periodic field visit and assist clinic level staff in strengthening MIS perfectly.
•  Help the Clinic Manager and other NGO staff in identifying catchments area and analysis of catchments area population and preparing catchments area map and other relevant documents.
•  Help clinic managers and NGO’s staff to analyse performance indicators and close performance gaps.
•  Must oblige by MCP, TIAHRT and Helms policy and maintain it strictly.
•  Help Manager, MIS in executing MIS forms at all service delivery points;
•  Gather, enter, process and storing data in usable form with required quality;
•  Organize training for the staff of projects on MIS system & Database.
• Prepare monthly reports on service statistics, logistic supplies, and revenue generation activities for submission to NHSDP and government as per requirement.
•  Preparing and timely submission of Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual Reports to donor and government as per their requirement.
• Guide the regular sharing of M&E findings with project staffs and other relevant stakeholders.
• Carry out other programmatic duties as assigned.

• Masters Degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Economics/Population Science/Demography. Computer Science may be given preference.
• The candidate should have at least three years (3) of experience in implementing Monitoring and MIS.
• Excellent practical knowledge on Hardware, Software, Networking and Database Management.
• Capable of analysing MIS data for reports, monitoring and program management.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office (latest version), Internet Browsing and Trouble-shooting will be required.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
