Job Description / Responsibility:

• Sample development.
• Garment FIT checking and correction of patterns with Dummy
• Incorporate buyer's comments on samples.
• Take care of product design and make it production friendly
• Recommend the process simplification & cost saving alternative options.
• Consumption of Fabric and Thread.
• Costing of Garments
• Guide factory QA on complex product items to factories before & during the manufacturing process.
• Pattern Making and Grading
• Fabric consumption calculation
• Maintain effective communication with Buyer.
• Perform an investigation to the customer claim case to find out a solution to minimize the repetition of the problem
• Perform special assignment and case study for continuous improvement in quality & productivity.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Training/Trade Course:CAD,Diploma,Pattern
• Skills Required: Designing,Quality Control Management

Employment Status: Full-time

Experience Requirements:

• At least 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  
  • Buying House, Garments

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 30 years
