Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy aligned with the organizational goal
• Conduct marketing research
• Introduce new products and services in product basket.
• Formulate marketing mix collaborating with other concern departments
• Develop sales forecast and maintain coordination for smooth operation
• Setup and monitor brand building activities in all media
• Design and conduct events relevant to sales and marketing
• On time delivery of efficient brand communication plan (ATL, BTL & any)
• Consumer & trade promotion plan to create more visibility & awareness to ensure market share & brand positioning

Requirements

• BBA/ MBA in marketing from any reputed university
• 7 to 10 years of experience in the relevant field
• Strategic thinking & team work
