Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting sales volume and profit.
- Design and implement a business plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Maintain sales volume, selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, and competitors.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
- Resolve customer complaints regarding service
- Achieve the growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long - lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
- Ensure retaining the operational cost of the Division within approved annual budget.
- Supervise and lead engineers, and technicians
- Ensure commissioning and installation of generators at clients’ end done by the engineering team to make sure the timeliness as well as effectiveness as a part of customer satisfaction.
- Build a strong relationship through personal contacts, email, special events with prospective and potential business partners as part of image building of the company
Requirements
- B.Sc/ M.Sc in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in sales
- Sound knowledge on business development, Customer communication, good exposure towards generator, business rules and regulations, etc.
