Position : Head of Institutional Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target through proper sales planning, market analysis and setting sales strategies.
  • Ensure sourcing of potential tender information.
  • Asses scope of all tenders.
  • Monitor purchased tender schedule.
  • Evaluate risk of each tender.
  • Co-ordinate with supply chain department for supply of products.
  • Monitor delivery of products after within tender to respective institute.
  • Follow up bill submission process, ensure bill adjustments and all collections
  • Liaise with all respective institution and increase customer bucket
  • Ensure after sales service as per contract
  • Co-ordinate with contractors for selling SSG product and collection of bill.
  • Analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance;
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, business ethics, and codes of conduct

Education:
MBA/Masters from any reputed University

Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales (min 5 years’ experience in tender based business is essential)

Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge regarding dealing business with government/non-government institutions and tender & compliance related formalities for consistent business growth. Ability to make business strategy & development plan, manage people, leadership & good communication skill.
