Position : GM/National Sales Manager (Lighting/Accessories)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and targets.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Correspond with SCM or Factory to get information about available stock.
  • Appoint and terminate distributors all over the country within SSG Guidelines.
  • Ensure collection within the month as per SOP.
  • Plan and execute different kind of sales development events (National sales meeting, divisional sales meeting, valued customer meet, factory visit & distributor and field force training)

Education:  
MBA/Masters (preferably business graduate from IBA)

Experience
At least 10 to 12 years’ (Experience in FMCG business is preferred)

Knowledge & Skills:
Candidate must be well groomed with sound communication, leadership and people management skill. Must have adequate skill on MS Excel and MS Power Point
