POSITION: CSR Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

• Conduct factory evaluations and create detailed audit reports.
• Audit and evaluate factories (social and EHS).
• Coordinate 3rd party audits.
• Follow-up on Corrective Action Plans and consult factories during the process.
• Maintain good and pro-active communication with Global CSR Department.
• Carry out CSR related tasks according to guidelines and use profound knowledge in English.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate / Masters
• Experienced internal auditor / CSR Officer / Social Compliance Assistant

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Social & Environmental Compliance, Auditing
• Preferably SA 8000 Basic Internal Auditor
• Knowledge in standards BSCI / SA 8000 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 beneficial

Additional Job Requirements

• Solid knowledge in local labor law, wages & benefits, health & safety laws; labor contracts; Clients Code of Conduct; International Human Rights Standards.
• Professional appearance and consulting skills to help build long-term business relations.
• Coordination with merchandising department, Quality Assurance and Technical Management.
• Flexibility to work within Bangladesh.
• Profound knowledge in English (written and spoken) and Bengali (written and spoken)
• Profound computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Good interpersonal skills.

Job Location: Dhaka
