POSITION: QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT MANAGER (OUTDOOR)

Job Description:

• Provide leadership and responsibility for the overall quality management.
• Implementing and enhancing the QC standards, policies and documentation procedures;
• Good supervisory & delegation skills and can handle/control/manage 25 QC.
• Enhance quality performance and capabilities through early involvement, enforcement of quality systems
• To ensure the effective management of supplier assessment and work closely with suppliers to ensure product quality meeting the requirements.
• To investigate production defects and failure analysis together with the team leader and QC to determine the corrective actions and provide advices and recommendations to supplier in order to achieve continuous quality improvement.
• To identify and pinpoint on possible production problems and solutions.
• To handle complaint and prepare/implement corrective actions plans.
• Good analytical skill and able to deal with problem shooting and follow up preventive action with supplier.
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
