Summit Corporation Limited (SCL) invites suitable candidates for the following position:
Deputy Assistant Manager- Building & Facilities Management
Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Detect and rectify faults in:
- Sub-Station, VCB, LBS, Generator (Diesel).
- Passenger / Cargo Lifts. Regular Electro-mechanical devices.
- CCTV, PABX system.
- Handle civil engineering related maintenance through contractor and assure successful and timely completion.
- Be conversant with the quotation collection, contract awarding through work order, inspection of work and final settlement of contractual formalities.
- Understand plumbing, sanitation and water supply related works.
- Conversant with furniture maintenance and building decoration works.
- Perform other relevant tasks or responsibilities assigned by Supervisor/Management from time to time.
Duty Station: Primarily at Head Office, Dhaka; however, incumbent may be required to visit/work at different sites and establishments as decided by Management.
Salary: as per Company grade
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Diploma in Electrical
- Two (02) or more years of experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse group of people
