Summit Corporation Limited (SCL) invites suitable candidates for the following position:
Title of the Position: Chairman’s Office Coordinator– (01)
Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Office Management:
- To manage Chairman’s office, to ensure all urgent and important issues are passed on and dealt with appropriately
- To prepare and check outgoing internal and external correspondence and reports, mails including sensitive confidential material and maintaining calendar for Chairman.
- To establish and maintain accurate filling systems, maximizing the use of available technology, compiling and updating Chairman and all Directors personal and professional records.
- Keep register for all incoming and outgoing gifts/hospitality to the chairman’s office.
Senior Management and Inter-departmental Coordination:
- To coordinate with senior management team and Singapore office team on behalf of Chairman & Directors to ensure cohesive involvement and participation between Summit Singapore office and Summit Dhaka Office.
- To research on behalf of the Chairman.
- To support Chairman with Public Relations activities and Coordinate with Admin/PR departments regarding official Event Management.
Travel & Scheduling:
- To arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking transportation; arranging staying and meeting accommodations, preparing bills.
To undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required assigned by the Chairman/Directors time to time.
Special Skill /Training:
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material.
- Good IT skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change.
- Ability to produce minutes of meetings and draft / edit written documents and correspondence independently.
- Ability to retrieve information from relevant sources through research.
- The flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Good English and other language (if any) skills.

- Ability to understand position’s dignity and gravity.
- Hold a valid passport and be willing and able to travel extensively and at short notice.
