Summit Communications Limited (a concern of Summit group) operating its operation with three telecommunication licenses (NTTN, IIG & ITC). Currently it has developed State-of-the-Art optical fiber transmissionnetwork all around the country and continuously expanding its network by using NTTN license. It is also providing International Internet Gateway (IIG) and International Terrestrial Cable (ITC) services to the all ANSoperators of the country.

Job Title: Assistant Engineer
Department : Operations & Maintenance

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Responsible for all kind of Operation and Maintenance (NTTN) works.
  
• Overall team Co-ordination (Overhead, Underground, Civil and transmission Related Works).
  
• Maintain database for all the links, equipment and inventories
  
• Proper reporting for the overall operational works
  
• Leading the team of commissioning and provisioning of Transmission Equipment
  
• Analyzing customer requirements and act accordingly
  
• Lead the team of Operation & Implementation

Requirements:

• B.Sc in EEE from BUET, AUST, NSU, AIUB, KUET, RUET, DUET, CUET or in Applied Physics/ Electronics & Communications Engineering from DU
  
• 2 years relevant experience.
  
• Vendor certification will be preferred (Juniper (JNCI)/CISCO (CCNA, CCNP etc.)
  
• Able to work in shifts
